BTW, The New York Times and especially Justin Gillis, is hardly a credible, unbiased source for anything related to the great global warming hoax.

Lindzen has a theory, everyone has a theory.
Theories are like AHOLES, everyone has one.
We going to tow clouds over industrial centers like umbrellas if he is wrong?
Either way, and the argument is indeed complicated (both by fact, historical record, and unfortunately occasionally by right wing libertarian bullshit), the planet is getting warmer, sea levels are rising, glaciers are receding and melting.
Setting up straw men arguments to justify the unrestrained burning of all sorts of nasty stuff is just insane.
Want stuffy, hot and cancerous air in your lungs?
    Go to a casino.

So it's complicated, huh? I see you mentioned "right wing libertarian bullshit", but conspicuous by its absence is the libtard left. Typical.
Just accept the bullshit libtard propaganda or suffer from "cancerous air in your lungs".
And there is the TRUE STRAW MAN ARGUMENT.
Now stay left and drone on.

Who convinced you that your worthless, worn-out ass tripe is worth posting?

When you have something of value and substance to say... Just let us know.

Until then, you can save your unfunny, pointless drivel for your Mom.

    She thinks you're special.

Libtards hate The Second Ammendment. Now they have expanded their hate to The First Ammendment. These morons have NO IDEA what makes America Great. Bottom line, they hate freedom and want to be lead like drones.

    - A new Pew Research Center poll shows that 40 percent of American Millennials (ages 18-34) are likely to support government prevention of public statements offensive to minorities.

"Authorities in California on Wednesday confiscated more than 500 firearms and 100,000 rounds of ammunition in the state's largest illegal weapons seizure from a single home.

The massive cache was taken from a Fresno County man who had been prohibited from possessing firearms due to a previous mental health hold, said Kamala Harris, the state's attorney general.

His collection included 209 handguns, 88 shotguns, 234 rifles, 181 standard-capacity magazines, 10 high-capacity magazines, 100,521 rounds of various ammunition, and 10 assault weapons, the attorney general's office said.

Shaklee's son told the station he and his father run a weapons dealership out of the home and that all but one of the firearms were registered to either himself or his father.

Even if the weapons were registered, Haroldsen said, it was concerning to see how they were being stored.

"These firearms were not stored in safes or locked up, so anyone breaking into his home would have had access to any of these guns," he said. "

And? This individual was apparently prohibited from possessing firearms. They were illegal firearms. So what is your fucking point?
    Oh, I forgot, you're a libtard... You don't ever have a point.

And now you know the rest of the story...

    CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) --
A licensed federal arms dealer from Clovis is claiming the Department of Justice wrongfully took away his guns. It was the biggest bust ever made by the DOJ from a single home in the state. 541 guns were seized, including assault and military grade weapons.

Albert Sheakalee had an impressive collection of guns in his home. He had handguns, shotguns, assault rifles and at least on high-caliber sniper rifle - all locked and stored safely, according to his attorney Mark Coleman. Coleman said, "these guns were all stored lawfully, they were all stored legally."

The Department of Justice says they weren't. The guns were seized and Sheakalee was arrested. "He's getting death threats because of what people have put on the news-- it's devastating for him," Coleman added.

Coleman says his client is a federal arms dealer, he was selling the guns legally out of his house in Clovis and he's had a license to do it for more than 30 years. "One of the rights he has as an American is to own firearms," Coleman said, "the freedom to own firearms and that's been taken away from him without any due process."

The Department of Justice disagrees. Sheakalee had some mental health issues five months ago. Coleman admits his client reached out for help and was treated. The DOJ says Sheakalee was institutionalized and his right to own the guns was lost.

Michelle Gregory with the Department of Justice said, "based on his 51/50 hold, he's prohibited from owning or possessing firearms at this time and because of that, he's not able to sell firearms in the state of California."

Gregory says Sheakalee should have been notified, "that either comes from courts or a medical facility."

Coleman claims his client never got the notice, "they have no proof he was notified because he wasn't."

At this point, Sheakalee has not been charged with a crime but he will be in court next month. Coleman says it'll be a fight for his clients rights and he'll try to get the guns back.

Sheakalee is a refugee who fled Iran in the '70's and became an American citizen. His attorney doesn't believe ethnicity had anything to do with the bust.

Nice Job California D.O.J., you can't enforce the law in "Sanctuary Cities", you can't keep illegal aliens from killing US citizens, but you can trounce all over the rights of US citizens. Keep it up People's Republic of Cali, nobody thinks you're a friggin' joke at all.

Hmmm... Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with The First Ammendment, you DANGEROUS LIBTARD.

Ask your Mom to read it to you...

    Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The Foxtard here expounds the virtues of gun violence to solve gun violence. He depicts the lives that would have been saved if Parisians were permitted to carry guns.

If anyone were to look at the facts, the statistics would tell a different story. Over 10 people per 100,00 are killed by gun violence in the United States yearly. In France, the number is three. In England, the number drops to 0.025 per 100,000. The numbers are similar for all countries having tight controls. Eastern European and South American countries have huge increases in the index due to little, lax or no control. French authorities have traced the weapons used as coming from either Bosnia, Russia or other eastern European countries.

How many lives would be saved in this country if the index were the same as in France, let alone in England? It translates to thousands. Until the early 1990s, even the Supreme Court interpretation of the Second Amendment leaned toward a regulated militia rather than individual stockpiling of weapons.

As long as the mentality exists to constantly produce more and more superior weapons and the United States, as the forebear of freedom and democracy, sets an abhorrent example, the daily headlines will continually add to the count.

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has a site called Global Study on Homicide. All data in this section comes from reports on that site. Please update the UNODC tables with the most recent UNODC data. Latest year for each country is indicated in the table below. Rates are calculated per 100,000 inhabitants.

Intentional homicide, as defined by UNODC, is "unlawful death purposefully inflicted on a person by another person".

The Intentional homicide rate for Europe is 3. The rate in The U.S. is 3.8.
Please explain how The U.S., with such high gun ownership, has a comparable homicide rate as Europe? I guess we just know how to handle our guns, while Europeans have found creative ways to kill people using something other than a gun. Do you think when Europeans get killed, they say "Thank God, at least I wasn't killed by a gun."?

You anti-gun libtards are so completely senseless.

Yes, and we know that most gun homicides are due to criminals involved in the illegal drug trade.

Here's an idea: How about we make America safer than Europe by legalizing the illegal drug trade?

For the life of me, I can't recall the last time a murder occurred in the legal drug industry...
