Novartis releases their earnings and financials on Tuesday, July 19th. My guess is layoff/realignment will be before that or right after.... Stay tuned!

The layoffs were supposed to happen on June 31st and they did not. Also have a good source telling me that Alcon will be sold on February 30th, 2017.
