Something is definitely going on at the end of the month. They should first lay off manufacturing staff.

Yes, it's true Johnson & Johnson are in phase II of negotiations to acquire Novartis AG - ALCON division by 2QT 2017

im hearing the same info, Novartis will unload Alcon division in 2017, growth just isn't up to par and even having nice profits Alcon is a burden for Novartis, they are focusing on GROWTH and less on profits.

Phase II of negotiations. I like that. I'm in Phase II of alcoholism, is that good? Feels good.

why in the hell would Johnson & Johnson buy Alcon, they just acquired AMO for a lot less than they would have to pay for tanking Alcon. Valeant, the vulture of hostile takeovers, maybe the only company that would buy Alcon and dismantle it for good.

Not to worry. NVS will dismantle Alcon and sell its parts. It will make a great Harvard business case. How a bounch of incompetent ketchup, used car salesmen, can ruin people and companies.... Chiron.fugera..Alcon...etc...

Valeant is selling, not buying. They're busy trying to shed some of their 30bil in debt. Plus they already own B&L so I doubt it.

Certainly seems like they are getting ready to sell WV site. Lots of cleaning, painting and reorganizing.

Well they can't move you to FW. No room. Unless that's what all the new construction on the south end of Mfg. North is going to be....
