If you actually call the law firm, they said they are just waiting. It hasn't been thrown out but no settlement. Instead of believing all this dumb chatter...why don't you ppl just call & ask? It's pretty simple.

It's a shame because we all know the plaintiffs are pathological liars and their efforts hurt some really great mangers and directors. And this has caused some bad managers to be promoted as well. It all really hurt DSI and has impacted retention and performance. Those girls are worthless and they spread like a disease. Look at DSI, all of the best leaders are gone and most of the good reps. Too bad....it as a good company.

Really? One minute after the previous post? Nothing more sad than commenting on your own post. I wholeheartedly agree with your viewpoint, but foul language I have to disagree with you. Leave the childish, crass, and tasteless comments to the plantifffs side. We have the truth on our side and should not stoop to their level!

    true or false:

One of the "complaints" in a $100 MILLION suit is that a RD neglected to say Hi to a rep at a meeting?

    OH THE HORROR!!!

A rep asks a manager to switch to a new territory because they'd like to have an easier commute. Hmmmmm, that manager could allow that switch and now have brand new reps in two territories or fill the vacant territory with an outside rep with experience in that geography. Does the manager want two territories with brand new people or two territories its people who have established relationships with the customers? The obvious answer is to fill the vacant slot with a new hire and keep the other rep in the territory that the were hired to fill.

THAT'S perfect business sense, yet some how it becomes "proof" of discrimination worth $100 million???

    please explain

So.....I guess the case wasn't settled? Then why did that loser waste all our time claiming such?

Please explain to me how it's discrimination if a company overpays someone on maternity leave and then asks for that money back?

Aren't you unethical if you choose to keep the money that was wrongly given to you? Would you also be unethical to sue for that?

Please justify yourselves! Tell us how you're the victim here? If this isn't just a greedy, blatant money grab, surely you can defend your stance right.......cowards?

Aren't you going to be fired soon. Don't you have more important things to worry about?

They're morons for overpaying in the first place. It should be their loss for overpaying in the first place.

I'm not the original poster who posed that question but I do agree with them.

If u go to a store and over pay for an item, I'm sure you would want ur money back. I highly doubt you would say "it my fault I over payed in the first place, oh well. Keep my money".

    You're a hypocrite.

So by the same argument, these "victims of discrimination" should accept their allegedly lower salaries because they agreed that's the pay they would take to do the job, right?

Come on ladies, being forced to walk through smoky casino floors to get to meetings? How are not embarrassed to claim this as part of a discrimination suit? It just reeks of desperate grasping at any and all lame attempts to shake down the big bad pharmas. Did you ever consider how bad you will look putting your name on such a bullshit lawsuit?

    Newsflash: YOU LOOK REALLY BAD

What ever happened to the dummy who claimed these were "ethical" people? Bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

Since when is being denied a transfer because you want an easier commute discrimination? It sounds like a sound business decision to me.
