Wow! The tone and attacks here say it all. This company is in serious trouble. NVS leaders have had spectacular success in turning employees against one another. There is strength in numbers, but it is clear NVS management has divided many of you. The boys in Basel are not the brightest but they can be ruthless. If you want some leverage, you will need to work together. Management does not play by its own rules and neither should you. This business is much like high school. A hand full of arrogant people end up running things and decide who will be subjected BS.

OK so HR did a show and tell almost two months ago...you should have attended because it showed how your options/RSUhat s will vest.

Everything will get pulled up by one year. So items due to vest in Feb of 2016 will be 100% vested at deal close. Item due to vest in 2017 will be 66% vested(paid out) by NVS at close and the remaining 33% will be made whole with GSK shares. it will cascade as such.

They started to break out who is working strictly on Flu vs. Non-flu related work in my group and are trying to align people on one or the other if they are a mix. Could just be normal shifting around ... we will have to wait and see...

Flu is so small that to whoever and wherever it goes, it will not take 6-8 months to close. It will be fast and quick.
