MSBU and Gilenya failed miserably

    Novartis gave up from day 1! And now we will pay by cutting down to 24 reps. Our leaders will escape unharmed though and find new roles in other BUs. FU Novartis!

    Poster number 2... There are two possible theories

    1. The same guy keeps posting over and vet again and arguing wth himself. If this is true then this guy or gal is kookoo and needs serious Meds or

    2. It's possible more than 1 person is unhappy in MSBU or maybe even 3 or 4 people. It's at least possible. That's all I am saying

    I dont doubt you all are unhappy, we work at novartis. But you might want to post some facts. Most of this msbu stuff is just alot of bitch n.

    Cafepharma is a website for bitch n. There are many, many facts posted under MSBU, Gilenya or MS titles. The opinions are the lay offs.

    leadership has failed, the market share stinks, many unhappy employees and its time to go. What statements made on this site as facts aren't true?

    Facts:

    1. Most new hires into MSBU have zero MS experience!
    2. Leadership answer to everything is simply to increase reach and frequency.
    3. Most nurses leave after a few months.
    4. Bonus at Novartis is targeted at 30k. Pathetic for MS
    5. Follow up on 4, half then people make less than 30k
    6. Our leaders have pissed off KOLs
    7. Our sales are 1 billion which is sad for first oral in market.
    8. Tecfidera has double the sales with less time
    9. They shuffle territories all the time
    10. Our marketing campaign with tongues pulled out are a disgrace

    This place sucks

    Stop saying 100,000 patients worldwide. This isnt impressive. Everyone knows tec has more patients.

    Heard a top rep in 2013 and also doing great in 2014 quit abruptly. How is leadership going to spin this one. Harassed? Bullied? Treated poorly? Threatened? Were these the reasons she left? Please tell

    Reps quit, NGNs quit, Medical too, but we never hear the numbers; does anyone know what the turnover % is in the MSBU and how does it compare across the Companies in the MS marketplace?
