Richard said that all ABL's would be in place by the beginning of November. That doesn't seem possible considering they are still in the early phases of interviewing and the beginning of November is less than two weeks away...
They will look to hire outside for the hospital specialist roles (buying relationships). This eliminates the KAMs, most of whom never had the opportunity to develop these relationships, due to their portfolio. You can't have ABLs with no hospital experience managing former KAMs, also with no prior hospital experience. IMO - separate hospital division, but who am I? I think, for the most part (politics aside), KAMs are screwed. Most pressing question, when is the term date and the release date? At least let the ABLs and KAMs know this.
They are building a new field force and internal hires have to be approved...preference is to have external candidates..
Richard r really stretching the truth Saying majority of managers posting. They must feel sensitive that about only 10 percent of abls posting.
Yes I caught that. I was really surprised when he said the majority of managers are interviewing, when it is such a small percentage of them interviewing I am sure that NPC feeling pretty embarrassed about it kind of a slap in the face. But from what I can see they, The managers are treated pretty bad so I don't blame them at all. I would have done the same thing.
What world are you living in...most managers did not post and there are more external posting than internals..that says something..
Anyone else notice that there is job posting for PDI (contract sales force) in their area? It's for ABL for Novartis cardio division!! WTF
Separate but the rep will end up doing the hospital reps job because they will be like the lazy KAMS. And this is not a hospital drug. Npc has messed up by not having more coverage with high volume internal medicine. This launch will be a huge failure. New Jersey out of touch asses making decisions and they have no fucking clue.
Most ABL's and KAMS that I know of have posted. Many for multiple positions. ABL, neurology manager and other open positions at Novartis. Most KAMS won't even get a second interview, they're just no good enough. Fat ass, lazy bums telling us they are management and trying to take over ABL's role on many occasions.
We heard last week only 10 percent of the abls posted. That is unreal! I bet Novartis is licking their wounds on that one. Old Richard r tried to cover that up on the conf call by saying most of the abls posted. Nice try there Richey!
Baaaaahaaaaa---- I bet it's 100% besides the NE and even there it is well above 10%.. Like post said... You are delusional... Baaaaahaaaa
Oh yea I noticed him trying to cover that up on the call. He said that the majority of managers are applying. There's actually such a small amt applying I'm sure they would have try and play that fact down so outside managers don't hear that and that the reps don't either.
