How can anyone want "Moonshots" when leadership can't even dunk on a 4 foot high rim.

You ask for moonshots when the team is in order and not in shambles.

First slam dunk - fire Conrad and Matt.

Second slam dunk - Fire the Pitt and Philly ABLs

Third slam dunk - Fire the SAMs

Fourth slam dunk - Fire the lazy KAMs who sit at home all day and babysit their kids.

When is too much employee turnover harmful to the business?

When is too much micromanagement harmful to the business?

When is paying too little bonus harmful to the business?

I forgot, the business is hurt beyond repair and there is no going back. No one works, No one cares, no one trusts leadership, everyone wants out. It's over

How do we know she has a business degree? Based on how drunk she gets at meetings, I'm willing to bet she didnt graduate from college. I think she has a drinking issue. Why else does she need a chauffer? Dagmar didn't have to travel with a personal assistant. I have heard people say that they witnessed her being held up by her assistant and escorted to her room. I seriously feel like Im living in a nightmare.

I think that's rumor, but if true would only make me like her more! Wouldn't scare me a bit. Scary is the wound-too-tight holier-than-thou folks.

Although this original message was posted many months ago I still believe lay offs are coming. Maybe not 30%. I heard the details of the leaked email and it doesn't look good. Dual rep territories are the first to go.

Said it and I'll say it again. Here come the realignments and "layoffs". Town hall this week will justify it because upper management blew the launch, marketing and succes of Gilenya from day one..... Should be interesting to see how bad they screw the field.

Late Friday afternoon call..... Suggested you listen in. Thank God I'm interviewing heavy next week. This place is a toxic dump, never disliked my job as much as I have here. A ship of fools, run by a boat of useless clowns. Hope the severance is good.....

you didn't mention the micro management, poor leadership, possible PIPs, bonus decreasing, etc. Many have left and are happier and making the same or more money. People don't leave because they are lazy and it is easy to stay. When you are forced to leave most will find a similar job.

January....the changes are coming! There will be very little if any backfilling open spots, if you have two in a territory they will try to run one or both out with BS made up PIP plans so they don't have to lay anyone off and pay a severance. Smaller unsustainable territories will also fall into this PIP non-sense. Look around, it has started. The scrambling and jockeying for the limited KAM and manager spots has begun in home office. Tasks, plans, spreadsheets, more plans, etc too weed a few out.... You've been warned. I hear the whispers everyday in home office.....Trust no one!!!!!

The plan is turnover.... Push reps, KAMs and nurses out, don't fill the spots. The BRMs have been downsized, the nurses reorganized (as well as possibly picking up other products soon), mangers are in a panic, they will go down to two regional directors......get ready!!!! Just look at all the busy work those above you are doing now trying to look relevant. Let the games begin!!!!!
