say all you want, the goals do not meet the changes in targets. everyone has the same increase in goal. but say you loose 7 high decile targets and still get a 33% increase like everyone else on your team and they lose no one. huh! I agree the new bonus plan sounded so great, then what happen to the rxs. yep, everyone in my territory just quit writting! oh, maybe it is a reporting thing! better luck next quarter!!!!

 

I would wonder about the Chicago area, again, on his way to Japan....

 

You are totally wrong that everyone gets the same quota increase. Not even close. Some go up more than 50% over previous sales while others are asked to do less than previous quarter sales. All has to do with quota attainment. Period. Now the targeting and credit for RX's...I agree with you.

 

My quota went up 68% and I am still blowing it out. Stop crying and start selling. Some of my business might be off label but my manger said it was ok as long as I don't leave my promo pieces behind. Sack up losers and start making bank so you can drive a range rover like me.
