Great way to start the weekend - a call from my DM letting me know what my 2nd half goals are. WTF - since I exceeded my target by more than 50% on the 1H my 2H goals was adjusted accordingly. I would need to grow my business by 78% compared to same period last year to hit quota. They announced a kicker bonus so that people would not leave with the transition to GSK - then they jack up your goals so much - what a joke. Punish the performers eh!
Now you know why IC is capped at 125% for the 1st 3 Quarters. They screw you on the 2H so they don't need to pay you for performing during the 1H
