Yes there is, kiss ass move inside and let the company make a position for you. How many managers have gone inside for a job newly created or nonsense position. If you are lucky to kiss enough ass that's your career path. Now for those who do not want to smell like ass there is a different career path. It is work at Novartis until they no longer need you because every drug gets rejected from the FDA and upper management is full of ass kisses and really do not know what they are doing.
