Move on. We know who you are. You should stop trolling your old company's board. Posting anonymous posts is not going to change anything, other than to show yourself as being completely pathetic...

Think again and go back to 2012--- you should be able to figure out who this is.

Does anyone know why TM never interviewed for any open positions on Long Island? He was a great guy. Novartis lost a good rep.

Speculation has it here that some of the folks that were displaced and took an open territory realize that when a new company does a background check, their names may appear in public. Too much liability for a new employer.
So they figured that they were better off to stay inside this lawbreaking institution.

The displaced reps were then interviewed for open positions by the manager whose name was also in the lawsuit. It probably does not matter at this point because time is limited here. They were also long time successful reps so why not keep them here. They are no longer in their old territories so it is a fresh start.

Do you think these people will be fired once this case is settled? Probably keeping them around so they don't become witnesses against NVS.

yes they will be fired just like after the Velez case was lost by Novartis. No one will become a witness against NVS if they are not a party to the suit because they have nothing to gain and everything to lose.
