    USMM members whom don't actually live within the East Hanover area. Tired of carrying the "jet" setting and expense of HQ managed care staff that work half time or from home accross the country. No wonder US market access sucks!

    There is no question many managers in the MSBU should be terminated immediately. Randi was a good start but they need to dig deeper. Poor performance, code of conduct violations, lies, and the list goes on and on. When HR looks the other way does not make these issues disappear.

    Oh wait, these are encouraged actions by leadership - but when you do act on these, you are blacklisted for life and therefore should be eliminated.

    JG (or MG), depending how much you want to honor her preferential name call. One of the biggest mistakes Novartis has made, promoting an idiot to her next level of incompetence. She shows her ignorance often, many times individually confronting people within her group as to why she can't do something. She is trying to hang on to her Medical "upbringing" in the organization, another area with Novartis that should seriously be given attention and terminations imposed on where the damage is actually coming from. And if you look at her record, she fits the bill.

    WC, another fucking idiot who thinks he has it all together. Too bad that his entire team hates him. He will never get through any of this idiotic shit that he always brings to PROC.

    JS and VC, more idiots that have been promoted to their next level of incompetence. All hopes for a successful and smooth running DRA was abolished when these 2 were promoted to business head leads. It's all pretty in their faces, but when you dig down and finally see the truth, you will be amazed. Over the last couple of months, this group actually got rid of probably one of their best reviewers, and the other one walking with open papers to another company, who would jump at that?

    Who should be terminated? That is an easy one. Jorie Gatlin and Joanne Machalaba. Both are complete idiots who have been promoted to their next levels of incompetence.

    Its embarrassing to sit in the same room with them during some meetings because some of the crap that comes out of their mouths are so off base, if not illegal - that should give upper management enough to terminate them on the spot.
