Who should be terminated?

    Looks like NVS is again promoting people based on sex & race not qualifications. I have worked in the past with this mentality and nothing is more frustrating than having people in mgnt positions who couldn't find their own ass in the dark with their own 2 hands.

    Its embarassing when they want to work with you and just sit in the room witha dumb look on their faces making everybody uncomfortable. many times I have had accts tell me not too bring the mgr in as they are useless.

    The entire MSBU higher ups. I refuse to refer to them as leadership.

    It's a great gig to only fly in when you need to at the company's expense and work at HQ for 2.5 days.

    Bingo. This is across many divisions too. You think it's bad with sales? You should see what clinical development is like. Its worse

    This new manager in New England is a disaster. She is either the reason we need to leave or she is on her way out herself.
