"We've carried these bunch of losers as long as we can. It's the end of road for this govt sponsored and abetted spree of parasitism so now we have no choice but to cut them loose and make them find real jobs. It sucks that we here in upper management are effected by this but we really don't care about the average losers at Novartis as they have been paid much more than any comparable job that they could have gotten otherwise. We hope that they saved some money on this long, free ride. It's back to reality for them!"
Nope - they've been at it in other parts of Novartis Pharma for years and now it is accelerating. Obamacare is the inflection point.
