It amazes me HR in the MSBU protects the management team not the company. Many terminations should happen and these ABLs and RBDs are protected. In the end they will all be gone especially HR
file a lawsuit- this company is so rotten. They hire from outside, then discriminate...bonus is unfair and based on faulty numbers....there are many areas to pursue.. take your pick- HR is just as rotten- Look at the hiring practices- Lay offs this year and not one person hired or transferred into new sales forces...Nice company culture NVS - no transparency- just secret criteria that no one knows about - sounds like another lawsuit!!!
