Galderma leadership remember you are not selling Topicals, reps can't take docs out with wives to dinner and you can't make everyone a speaker. And Troy please stop telling us how you can change things at Novartis. The fact that you are throwing everyone under the bus speaks of your character. You talk about marketing, medical, hr, sales ops and training. They are on to you Troy and they don't trust you.

Looking forward to watching a shitty launch- and at a future date both MP and Mr clean will be fired. Perhaps then they can bring in real pros that actually sold and managed a biologic in the field. Managers and specialists with track record and clear leadership. People that sold more than just a topical cream and bought off the docs.

I am astounded how bush-league the Derm leadership is. Enjoy it while it lasts, AP- you do not even have an MBA or director experience with a real company....what a joke- and MP- you are a self serving lacky- Carol lynch hired these two and is no longer around, HR actually endorsed an illegal process to hire so many from the outside and trust me
there are multiple people waiting for the right time to file the class action.

    It's coming......

I don't care who you hired. You didn't hire me.

First Celgene rejected me and now Novartis rejected me.

Hell hath no fury like a biologics pro scorned. I will crush you.

I don't care. I effectively crushed the Otezla launch and rule their boards. I will be here daily as well crushing you. I will question the hiring tactics. I will question management decisions. I will question the quality of the product. In the field, I will just make shit up and crush your fungal infection causing, pancytopenia causing poison and I will do it with everyone I see.

You should have hired me and now you will feel the wrath.

Humira is still the BOSS. We own managed care. They are our bitches.

50 more reps now to be hired before the drug even gets approval. A good move, or pulling the trigger a lil early?

You can cry all you want or celebrate all you want until you launch and you face reality: We (Humira & Enbrel) OWN the PBMs. We flat out own them and have created a rebate structure that insures nothing priced above $12000 a year will get access.

Go look at Simponi - failed access
Go look at Cimzia - failed access - given up in MCOs
Go look at Stelara - failed access
Go look at Xeljanz - not only failed but obliterated
Go look at Otezla - this could have been a real issue given their safety/efficacy combo but we effectively eliminated them as well - they have ZERO MCO effort

We own the PBMs and most of the SPs and you will not be able to price Secukinumab in a range that will induce the PBMs to blink
