I don't get it.... Onco has a great pipeline, brings enormous profit and share holder value, is in the process of acquiring GSK Oncology and they hire Bruno to lead the business??? Joe/David you risk destroying 15 years,since the inception of the OBU, of the golden goose with a leader who has ZERO EQ, has zero interest in patients, science or people (just himself). Tip Bruno: if you focus on patients, science and the people who make it happen then the money/profits come rolling in.... His arrogant, egocentric, chauvinistic leadership style is literally destroying the OBU. He listens to no one but himself and is creating a culture of fear with no speak up or opportunity to challenge. After nearly 20 glorious, productive years in this company (many of which in the OBU) it's time to go. Even GenMed looks more attractive than staying in Onco to watch the patient, science & people centered culture being ripped to pieces. Off to help build another Onco powerhouse with an organization that shares my values.
