Heard Even More People Left In The Past Week!

    I like the cmments after someone leaves. Whether they are smart enough to leave this sinking ship for a better opportunity or are downsized. They were lazy, stupid, should have never had the job in the first place, incompetent. You act like they fell out of the sky and got the job. Sunovion hired, trained and kept the individuals for long periods of time. Blame Sunovion. It is examples of the poor judgement that Sunovion/ DSP shows at every turn.

    Also, whatever you think of people whose jobs are eliminated, it it a bad sign. further evidence of the problems here. We are not growing, have no pipeline and nearly everyone is looking to leave or has left for far better opportunities.

    you couldn't be more incorrect. We have been headcount neutral since 2012. Positions get eliminated to open up new roles. That is business, always done. Who ever posts to dispute this at Sunovion REALLY has no clue. Whether or not you disagree with a position getting eliminated is a different discussion but stop saying it is because we are sinking. We are maneuvering to try and not sink. Note that we haven't yet...

    Received a call on an opening for Eastern Iowa. Respiratory 70% and Neuro 30%.
    Any comments on why there is an opening, mgr, etc.
    Thinking about applying, thoughts???

    Yes, everyone is jumping off this sinking ship so jump on. If you are unemployed, or about to be consider it. Otherwise the job market is way too good to come here. No pipeline, people leaving every week, a total inability to get the numbers right and yes it is bad even by pharma standards, inexperienced management.

    On a positive note, everyone else will be better informed than you and stay away so you should have no problem getting hired.
