It's always interesting at Sunovion

With all of nonsense on other boards, I must admit that Sunovion is always interesting. Inexperienced managers, poor products, bad decisions, awful marketing, managed care with no contracts. I can not imagine what DSP must be thinking of their investment.

If there are 99 good decisions to be made and one bad one, Sunovion will make the bad decision every time.

Sippy, as an example, spent years getting ready for the Aptiom launch. The launch is a disaster and a lesson in how not to launch a drug and Sippy gets promoted.

Yes!! All in my district are laughing at that promotion. You really hit the nail on the heaed with inexperienced managers, too. I came from, well lets just say it wasn't UCB, to promote Aptiom and I have to tell ya that my RBM doesn't know his arse from a hole in the ground. We just call our managed markets guy and he is basically leading our leaderless team. At the POA before this recent one we spent over 2.5 hours on the culture we want to foster in our district. Hello!? Maybe we should have spent more time on the pathetic call volume over half our district specialists are achieving. Below 3 physician interactions per day?! Or, maybe discussing why 77% of our KOL's haven't even written one Rx for Aptiom?! Or, what type of information is needed to distinguish Aptiom as a better alternative than generic oxcard or extended release oxcarb?! But no, we discuss culture and work life balance. Here's a tip you completely incompetent fool, why don't you start to hold all the slackers on this team accountable and couch us to target appropriately and message correctly. Cuz if you don't, we won't have any type of district culture because we will not have JOBS!! Freakin' imbecile. I guess that's what you get when you hire a rep from another company to be a RBM at Sunovion. I hear there are a few Aptiom RBM that were reps at their other co's and were promoted upon hire by sunovion to RBM's. Maybe that also has something to do with the miserable Aptiom performance almost a year post launch. And they promote the person responsible for the product and formation of the horrible management sales team. Pathetic.

Give the G-Man time in his new role. He is the king of quality decisions. You need only look at his 2 recent ASD promotions to understand what I mean. Haven't seen nor heard of this type of leadership since maybe Winston Churchill during WWII. Good times are coming soon!

He could be Vince Lombardi, Winston Churchill, Richard Simmons whoever, Aptiom is still a drug with no market, bad marketing since launch (the marketing materials did not initially reference that Aptiom was new, and still Fanale gets promoted), horrible managed care ( no contracting) ironic since we have a drug with much generic competition, a demotivated sales force (the bucket system is the best) I bust my behind to promote this drug, get 92 scripts and do not meet goal.

I concur with what was said by the previous poster. CG is one of greatest decision makers I have ever worked for or with. We are turning the corner people. Trust me!

Leadership Team, I received this letter last week from a patient in Chicago! We are making a difference out there. Swoosh! G-man

Started Latuda 2 months ago. I can now say I am totally cured. I lost 25 pounds, my hair thickness has seen a dramatic increase, so much so that I no longer take propecia! No side effects except that I have more energy than I have had since I was a teenager. I now jerk off 2x a day because my wife is exhausted from my increased penis size and stamina. She can only go 2x a day now! I am a fan! Is there a co-pay card available? Go Bears!

Now that is one beautiful spot on post. Could not agree more. As an aptiom specialist who works for a manager that was a rep at another company and promoted to an RBM when she joined Sunovion I feel your pain. She is clueless and lets many in my district get away with anything. It is clear many are discouraged and have just stopped working and she does NOTHING. That sure makes me a lot less motivated. And don't even get me started on the bucket system. I work extremely hard and launch respectably (compared to others in the district) and now I get penalized for my hard work while the others that hardly worked are rewarded. This place rally is laughable. The really sad thing though is how terrible Aptiom is as a drug. The whole entire franchise and organization is a recipe for disaster and a case study in how not to launch a drug and develop an organization.

I don't know what you people are talking about, this place is great. I haven't encountered a group of more dedicated, professional individuals than the team I work with now. Oops- I thought I had the Sanofi board. Sorry. You're right- your place is a dump. Too bad you losers are stuck there.
