Please hire the right managers!!

    Agree. The unfortunate part is that HR has to check the box with internal candidates, and other categories.

    There are a significant number of overly qualified people on the market with additional skills other than "just pharma", that would bring alot of value to the company. Unfortunately, many of those have more experience than the hiring manager...and most managers will NEVER hire someone who is a threat.

    Yes, you are all correct. The reason that docs think feel that interacting with you is about as appealing as being asked to drink a cup of warm spit is all your manager's fault.

    Just review some of our colleagues names on LinkedIn and see the insane and often hilarious claims they make regarding their career and achievement prowess. It's painful to read some of them and resist the urge to post BULLSHIT on a public board.

    Pathetic ask Richard's boy how many DNA tests he's sold or how many he's whipped into shape at crossfit. And claims on linkedin he was top 2% with zelnorm. Bull shit!

    Did he claim those success metrics as "Global" or simply "World Wide" ?
