Let us take a leap here. Since the licensure of new vaccines is based on scientific evidence from Clinal Trials lets us ask, "When was the last time RR was involved in a process to create a vaccine that . . . . . . made a freakin' penny?".

A simple reply with a date would suffice.

Or, a reply with the date where a scientific meeting where the results of his research, or the results of his sponsorship of the research were generally accepted as moving science forward was a consensus agreement?
