Sunovion or Sanofi?

Helpful thread to read if you are considering to work here.

 

I left Sunovion to work at Sanofi. Sanofi has some micro fluff but is much better culture than Sunovion. When I was at Sunovion I feld like mgmt did not trust the reps. Felt like big brother was always watching over my shoulder. That's not a fun culture to work in and it's very unmotivating. Much happier at Sanofi.
