MSBU vs Derm vs. Cardio

I'm looking to leave MSBU. These primary care tactics are driving me insane! Thoughts on going to Derm BU vs new Cardio drug BU being built. Pros and cons. Derm I hear they are treated like Specialry Reps with none of the Reach/Freq/Synch Rate nonsense we have to endure

 

Why wouldn't you just leave Novartis? A Tiger doesn't change its stripes. They probably will find some excuse for not allowing you to switch divisions

They will not let you leave MSBU for any other novartis BU. Many tried, but the answer was no.
