Our leaders are so out of touch it's ridiculous! Honestly they have failed on so many levels yet they insist on Reach and Frequency as the end all be all! Heeeeelllloooo these are Neuros! They do not care to really understand or support our KOLs, we are the joke within MS Community! And ABLs who should know better don't have the guts to stand up to Dagmar!

Primary Care tactics have ruined the MSBU and good people will continue to leave!
