Gerow....are you kidding me

Thought about joining Sunovion but it is obvious that leadership and talent are not important if they hired this clown. How much did UCB pay Sunovion to take him? No leadership skills, no eye for talent, no selling skills(has he ever sold anything?), no strategy......laughable.

 

This won't last long......he has ruined everything he has touched here at UCB. Thanks Sunovion for taking him.

Great guy. The company is lucky to get him.

 

Pay no matter to all these negative company posts. Simply disgruntled folk who didn't get an interview let alone an offer. Competition was intense with solid top tier people being offered spots. Spend your time looking elsewhere, get over it. We chose the best and forgot the rest. Btw, we had over 5k qualified candidates for limited spots, competition was fierce.

Is that why you hired at least 2 (that I personally know of) candidates as DM's that have never had DM experience? Both were glorified reps. If you had so many qualified candidates then why did you hire reps on as DM's? Your are setting up Aptiom for failure if you ask me. The DM position is important and it takes some time to learn it an be effective. Good luck to those districts.

Are you upset because of gender or age? Sounds like someone is stuck in the 1900's.
