    Let's be clear, Aptiom can not and will not support any sales division, now or in the future.

    As a FYI brovana will not support a sales force or company either. Do the math, the product does 190 million which you have to give 28% to mylan for patent infringement. Add to that the high salaries of ASD's who make a base of 208k and then throw in ABM salaries and reps and you are loosing money. While you are at it you can throw in your dedicated worthless account directors who still think inservices are great and you are bankrupt.

    Prediction-
    DSP shuts down US operations
    Rights to current products sold to Takeda.
    Royalties paid to DSP and some other future agreement reached between these 2 organizations.

    We all know the Nycomed deal was a disaseter and that Takeda owns the rights to Latuda in Europe. Max profits will be acheived by DSP selling because as it stands today Takeda is stone walling Latuda in Europe over Nycomed failure.

    Brovana continues to miss its mark and does not support a company on its own. It is just a little gravy for the Latuda sales. By its self it is nothing.

    My math and point are not off at all. All the information is available if you know where to look. Brovana was the most profitable drug with just over 80% margin which is why the salesforce was never under any pressure. Add in the royalties it must pay, not hitting sales numbers and the numbers are right on, bankrupt. When you spend millions on a DTC campaign that doesnt work that also hurts. Ignore the truth if you want but don't say I didnt warn you. It is all in the internal corporate presentation.
