    I think a big management showdown is coming. Numbers are way down this year.

    Is any division going to hit their numbers? When are the Business Unit VPs going to be held accountable and get theirs??
     

  3. Send an anonymous letter to Hiroyuki Sasa in Japan. Inform him on the terrible bullshit that goes on over here, and give name and rank and examples. None of the top brass tell the truth to the Japanese anyway.
    Or just send one email to Hiroyuki about how to read Cafepharma so he can get some transparency as to what is going on over here at OCA.

    These useless fucking managers are insulated from all the bullshit.
    OCA is a total pyramid scheme. The blame will always, and I mean always be placed on the sales reps. They don't give a shit and outright refuse to change.

    It's a lot like all the protesting with President Trump. Congressmen and politicians don't want to give up lobbyist money and healthcare for life....
    These managers are groomed by the system to be totally helpless and totally useless. One big fucking triangle, where only the bottom line does anything worthwhile. Understand????

    Anyone notice that Olympus has pushed a ton of hiring through lately in sales, so that it doesn't appear that their sales ranks are empty. Wait until 5/1 when everyone walks out at once...
    Then Sales Ops Dick will have to answer for his bullshit.

    Olympus is a god awful company filled with the slimiest and greediest managers and reps on the planet... I met some of the worst people in my 20 yr tenure while working for Olympus. Absolute scum of the earth!

    Trust me, it's a lot more than that. Many territories will not be back-filled because they need the commissions $$$ to enhance profit margins. Energy won't hit last years number, and that is with two new product launches last year. It's officially over for energy.

Do the right thing once in your stellar career, LEAVE. Rather than just making changes to show people you are making changes , LEAVE ! You bring zero value to energy in fact you have made us worse . We know you throw people under the bus , and don't have the spine to stand up to Randy.
    You say one thing to an individual then turn around and say the complete 180 when that individual is not around . Now that Ryan is gone who will do all your work? Now that we still have no contracts (you were taking ownership) you increase forecast and cut commissions. Plus, not 1 concept or idea is yours . You use other peoples concepts and ideas .
    Tanner is the perfect person for you to have as a minion ,he also has ZERO ideas or opinions. His 7 years of sales at Conmed has prepared him well to be a great leader . The over under is that you backfill app with another strong person from CONMED . BAH HA HA .
    Cant wait to read the inspiring end of year email. How can you spin how bad energy is uber your guidance and leadership

    Most territories will not be filled once a rep leaves, the concept is simple. Reduce the compensation (commission) and increase territory size to compensate for the shortfall. The corp goal is to reduce head count and expand territory size. This saves the company on insurance/car/expenses/etc.
    Your going to work harder for the same if not less. As your well aware, sales pays the freight and gets screwed by the corporate d-bags. WE can come together as ONE or keep getting screwed year after year. Sales meeting boycott might send a message..
