    No, it's not constitutional.

And settled law doesn't mean what you think it means. It's settled law in the sense that the SCOTUS has established a precedent. Slavery was settled law until it wasn't. Separate but equal was settled law until it wasn't.

If you think this means that faux marriage is forever a done deal you are wrong.

Sadly this won't happen because we have too many politically correct cowards in the legislature, but all that would have to be done to overturn this "settled law" which is more accurately described as judicial tyranny would be for the congress to pass with presidential consent or veto over-ride a simple law defining marriage as only between a man and a woman and state that this statute was not subject to judicial review. That's how simple and easy undoing this settled law could be. It can also be ripped out root and branch by a later SCOTUS.

And why do you care if gay people get married? Does that hurt you? Much ado about nothing.

    No, you're just an idiot.

Gay marriage hurts a lot of things and a lot of people. The evidence is there. It's easy to see but you're ignorant, unconcerned and stupid. The unholy trinity!

I'm not avoiding anything. As usual, you're just incredibly stupid.

If it hurts society in general, which it does, and I am part of that society then it hurts me.

It leads to the weakening and breakdown of more marriages. It's well documented.

Run along now punkin. It's obvious that you're not equipped for this discussion.

It does hurt society and Girsuch did not say it was constitutional. He said it was settled law, just as Dread Scott was settled law at one time.

The whole settled law language is nothing but a rope a dope strategy for dopes like you.

You're an ignorant fool. NOW, end of story!

Show me where in the constitution it states that SCOTUS is the final arbiter of what is constitutional. Until you do, you might as well just stay quiet, idiot boy!

Our forefathers knew things would change over time. Why do you think they bothered to even establish a Supreme Court? Sure, an amendment can change anything but until it does, we hold our constitutional rights.

Show me in the Constitution where abortion is outlawed.......

No, idiot boy. You have a question to deal with.

The founders knew things would change that's why they gave us the amendment process, you laughable fool. They didn't give us the Supreme Court to act as a permanent constitutional convention.

We know that abortion isn't legal under the Constitution because it wasn't legal in the time of the Founders. Only fools and activist judges think you find something hiding in the constitution that's been hiding for there 200 years like a "right" to murder an unborn child.

Oh for god's sake. Abortion was frowned on primarily because it implied unmarried fornication which was also illegal at the time. Does anyone in their right mind think unmarried fornication should be illegal? LMFAO! What a joke.....

    You must have dinosaur genes............

Funny that of all people you invoke the name of God.

But the fact remains that abortion was not considered Constitutional by the founders. Your speculation about why they didn't consider it constitutional is irrelevant. Regardless of their reasons they didn't therefore abortion is not a constitutional right. Period!

Again, we can have in this country anything we want provided we amend the constitution. We can have abortion, all we need is a Contitutional amendment added. We can have gay marriage, but it requires a constitutional amendment.

What we have now is judicial tyranny. We are being ruled by an unelected oligarchy of 5 judges! There is no rational way that one can support 5 people making public policy and social policy for an entire nation of hundreds of millions of people. Only immoral liberal degenerates such as yourself support such a thing. But I've already proven many times that you're so stupid and shallow that you're down with tyranny and a pathetic excuse for an American.

I'm no dinosaur, I'm just smart enough to understand that until the rules have been changed through proper methods, then the rules have legitimately been changed. How old the rules are is irrelevant.

Now we have yet another situation where I have totally dismantled your hysterical and erroneous argument and left you sitting there with this crazy look on your face.

And you still owe me a citation from the Constitution that puts SCOTUS in place as the final judge of what is constitutional.

    Get to it, idiot boy!

No, why does same sex marriage require a constitutional amendment? Does marriage require a constitutional amendment? A far as abortion goes, it's been legal over 40 years. You can split hairs all day long over whether the Supreme Court ruling renders it 'constitutional' or not. Some legal scholars say it does, some say it doesn't. I sent you that info long ago. It's a moot point, it's legal - get it? And don't bother going back to what was legal at the time our founders were here. As I've pointed out to you, unmarried intercourse was illegal then. How archaic is that. Good luck making that one fly these days. So was mutual oral (69), it was called 'sodomy'. Do you ever do that? Of course you do and each time remember our fathers' era - you would have been committing sodomy. Good grief

Idiot boy, you're nothing but a disorganized, illogical beaten whiner.

Until you produce the citation in the Constitution authorizing the SCOTUS to determine as the final authority, constitutionality, you continue to lose this argument.

Marriage doesn't require a constitutional amendment idiot boy, because it was in effect and considered constitutional in the time of the founders. Gay marriage was not. That's why gay marriage requires a constitutional amendment in order to be valid. What a silly fool you are.

Alcohol consumption was in effect and constitutional in the same way as genuine marriage. That's why it took an amendment to institute prohibition and to repeal it! The only legitimate gay marriages will occur upon a constitutional amendment. Just because it's deemed "legal" based upon a court decision doesn't change that.

So now, I've beaten you again. You're never going to understand that you've been beaten. You're too stupid. But you have been and any logical, intellectually honest person knows it! :D

In my book and the book of 90% of America, legally married and legitimately married are the same thing. You get a tax break, group insurance, 2 incomes and someone to share sex partners with on the weekends. Legal / Legitimate = 6 of one, half-dozen of another. Show me a difference.
