Seriously. How hard is it? Are you that technologically impaired? If so, I'll help. It's a little button with a microphone icon, and a slash though it. Press it when you are on a conference call. We don't want to hear your dogs barking, kids yelling, your other phone ringing, and so on. JFC!!

Or, if that's too hard, just click the link, hit "do not join audio" and call from your iPhone. You should know how to mute that!
    Terrible, terrible.

You are idiots if you think anyone at this company has any brains. Lets see, expand and cut territories to nothing for a product that is written for the majority... oh yeah and the competitors down size......smart...super smart...and can we have a meeting about it? Please just let us have one more damn meeting...please Oh and marketing thanks you hhs for our job security..

There are people here with brains. They just aren't in middle or upper management. This company can't find it's way out of a paper bag when it comes to handling basically anything. Then, it comes down on the CLs, and we're held accountable for their mistakes (cough, managed care)

Former CL, who left for all the above reasons and more. I'd hoped to see that things had improved. Sorry to read it's merely a name change, not policy change.

Then all the "Smart" Cl's could become managers...... Problem solved. Uh! Wait a minute.... Then they would have to work....

Last I looked the CL's are the only ones bringing in any sales numbers. Everyone else is just overhead. And if you say people on the inside are working hard I will just smh. This is the most incompetent corporate office I've ever encountered. They never get anything right. They are all complete idiots. I would love to name one person inside that anyone feels comfortable will do their job and actually get something done if asked but as I sit here a name just doesn't come up. All idiots.

This has been true a long time. Be sure you don't get hurt or sick. Damn the medical dept. Is evil.

The only small territories are the ones with 75% Medicaid and we don't need anyone in the Medicaid territories. Helen Keller could work them.

What? This may be the most unintelligent post on this board. Only small territories are filled with medicaid? I'm sure you've researched this immensely!! Some of our largest territories are heavy Medicaid territories you r*****. I wish this wasn't anonymous sometime just so I could know who the idiots are.

I agree, the poster obviously doesn't know that half our entire business comes from Medicaid

Yes and another apologetic email to add to the list of several others that pile up on the technology woes

What I don't get is why we keep having conference calls if no one in Richmond is smart enough to put on a conference call. It's just embarrassing. These conference calls could easily be covered via email and sign off. The information isn't even that great. Would it kill anyone to walk through the presentation the day before or learn how to hit mute all from the presenter mastery option? It is amazing to me these r*****s in training, pi, compliance are still employed. Whose fault is that? It makes me feel embarrasssd to be a part of this whole idiotic cycle. Where are ML balls here? Get rid of people that can't do their freaking job and get competent people for a change. It's hard to feel confident in the field when you know everyone in the home office is a complete r*****.

I actually feel bad for ML. It seems it's him we hear from apologizing all the time but he can't fire anyone in training, compliance, marketing, home office etc.. they probably don't even report to him? The big question is where is our NA President??? Why don't we have one of those running home office? All these new positions and promotions but no NA President? Wouldn't you think that is a priority above all the others given the fact this sales team is the meat and potatoes here? Not to mention a looming launch on the horizon. ML manages the sales team, NA President should manage home office and all that mess. I agree it's all ridiculous and embarrassing but I don't think ML is to blame. Maybe I'm wrong?

Do not criticize others if you have similar weaknesses yourself.

This quote is exactly what's wrong with this company. Criticizing others is what makes a company strong if they are doing so poor that they have deserved criticism. ML may not be responsible for the home office but who is? Sarcasm isn't going to change anything. We need serious people because we have serious issues and no one seems to have the talent or ability to step up and be a change agent. I fear this looming launch due to the lack of real leadership here. I do have weaknesses as does everyone but I admit mine publicly and work to make them better because I have standards. Something this company lacks
