no wonder they didn't give us the Oncology goals at the National meeting. 27% Yoy growth in 2016, a highly motivated sales force getting after it every day and now this... excessive greed and and a sales force that just had management take a giant poop on them- why? So unnecessary and demotivating! Sad

deflating to say the least. Seems like an odd time to give sales force a gut punch

starting to stink of Big Pharma. Is this an inevitable progression? Or can leadership be truly different and unique like they ask of us

"Hired Help". I don't know who wrote this and it really does not matter, truth is- I get that! But do we really have to follow the same burned out business model of so many larger drug companies in how senior leadership ends up treating their sales force? Why do senior executives so soon forget we want to see the company thrive and succeed as much as they do? The carrot always produces more than the stick. Veeva is the stick, it only helps marketing. Not sales in the field! It's a hurdle- not a help.

sad that you can hold the future in your hand and complain that it isnt yesterday. douche bag veeva is the future. you walking around randomly calling on inconsistent rx opportunities is the past. sweeter than velveeta - veeva is where its at. use it or lose your job.

Thanks, that is very inspiring! Your logic and vision is well- so astute. However, I get it. Resuming pharma goose-step now!
