Cashing out at 14$ made Fred some money to buy the fountain of youth!

The rest of Argos Management....they deserve what they get (jail time). The epitome of unethical as the bleed the company dry. Is there a Russian mafia that they need to worry about?

I personally still believe in the technology and find it quite sad heartless bastards are not concerned with everyone this sad news affects..just their investment of money. How about showing some respect for all the blood, sweat and tears the folks at Argos Therapeutics and patients and their families have gone through over the years to bring help and hope to folks who desperately need it?

how about pontificating about blood, sweat and tears elsewhere? Everyone who knows anything about this company knows that a few bad apples destroyed any real shot at success. from what insiders share - chuck was simply too slick for anyone to trust and the person running Mfg - well she suffered from lack of experience and an inability to hire the experienced hands required to deliver. This epic failure truly boils down to those 2 folks ... it is too bad for patients and the good apples. As for the bad apples and investors ... who cares.

Please don't forget the woman who thought she could run QA and QC all by herself. This tyrant got rid anyone wiho questioned her authority. She protected the incompetence of so called company experts while terrorizing anyone with a different opinion.

How can a company with zero income afford to pay huge salaries to leadership? No tears here - management will be just fine with the employment contracts they signed.

    "Ummmm .... yeah ....ok Jeffy"

Nice try, but far from correct.

the individual who runs QA at your company is top notch and not a tyrant. You must be referring to the ex Dendreon person who was definitely incompetent and not a leader!

From a leadership perspective - they have to fire the head of science, long term head of Mfg, then get rid of any commmercial leadership and skinny down to keep the essential staff to interrogate the data and determine if there is any future whatsoever.

Many get burned in biotech / drug development when they rely upon inexperience to guide the process and try to shortcut every essential step of development that is critical for long term success. Argos is a classic example of no experience and shortcuts. Still trying to figure out how they went from small phase 2 experience (no phase 1) to a pivotal randomized phase 3 study. Hope they didn't rely upon their egocentric full of himself CSO to predict success!!!

The QC manager was loved by her staff. An honorable soul - unlike the QA hack, deceptive and bitter, rules by fear. She fiddles while Argos burns.

Validation sleeping with QA - conflict of interest- or just pity?

Time to archive this discussion. Too bad for employees and cancer patients. Management on the other hand - who cares. This is their last gig in biotech for sure!

Fred is having his revenge- total bloodbath.
The no money finding, poor speaking, high water pants wearing, cappuccino drinking CEO is the only one remaining? WtF! Silent Hunter is gone and the pipe dream of an FDA approved product.

    Well played Freddie!

Sorry to see QA witch still around - then again, let her explain how she ran the company into the ground. Milk it, girl! This fiasco happened on your watch.

Jamie oh Jamie ... stop bashing an individual who is far superior to you from an expertise and people perspective. No need to bash your quality counterpart at this point. After all - you've been through this before at DNDN. Some might suggest it was QC and MFG leads who ran this dog into the grave early!!

Internal sources indicate the head of MFG is simply batshit crazy and only focused on spending millions on automation. Really too bad that a few people can bring down such a promising company and approach!

Over engineering and complete overspend on automation (wtf) instead of more extensive product development and studies sank this company. No doubt that 1 crazy automation centric lead in manufacturing brought this company to its knees. How these rookies rule is simply mind boggling.

You are right - too bad for patients. This platform could have been a winner in the right hands.
