Lawsuit Anyone?

Just curious if anyone feels like there is a class action lawsuit that needs to take place. I was a former employee and I have never seen more harassment or lies that are thrown around on a daily basis then from this company. They were horrible to work for and everyone I know that still works there is treated unfairly. I have been told that I should attain an attorney but out of exhaustion of what they put me through I have not taken any action. I keep receiving calls about how they are treating the current employees and I am just starting to wonder if something really needs to be done. On a positive note, I am glad to hear that I am not the only one with a great sales history that has been run into the ground by this company.

 

I am still with the company and I want to sue. I have never worked for a more unethical company in my life and I have been in aesthetics for more than 11 years. this place is bad.

 

Me too! Ex employee who was abused and used... Became physically sick working there. Zeltiq is EVIL and has quite a reputation as such in the field.

 

If anyone has thoughts or suggestions I think we need to discuss our options! They have made my family suffer from there evil ways and I would like to know my options!

 

mine is just getting started. my advice to you is to start documenting EVERYTHING. emails, sales reports (which are obviously falsified by the company), record phone calls with your manager, etc.
luckily this company buries itself so easily and thoughtlessly.

and get a lawyer with this type of experience.

I know someone who is actively wearing a wire in the field and at meetings documenting all of the lies being told to investors. It's not a bad idea!

 

it is now August and somehow the company doesn't know how to provide us with our utilization numbers. it is ironic how they are able to come up with these numbers for wall st though. somehow.

 

i WOULD SUE IN A HEART BEAT!! WORSE COMPANY EVER.... i HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE... the men are pigs and abuse women!!

don't know specifics about that position, but many top reps have left recently. capital reps are struggling to find new accounts due to saturation and competition. PDMs have to work like dogs managing accounts and evening events. keith is a real a-hole. also, the northeast region never does well. if you're desperate, consider the position. if not, I recommend continuing your search.

 

I would be happy to participate in a lawsuit. They are incredibly unethical and do things illegal but the sad thing is because it is cash pay they get away with it. Why do you think Allergan decided not to pratner with them? They saw through their lies and antics.

 

I worked there for 3 months and never saw such bad culture in all my life. Completely unethical and upper management has no regard for reps. There are only 3 reps that have been there over a year. You have to be desperate to work there and it explains why they are not respected in the field.

 

Is it really as bad as I'm reading?! I hate the company I work for currently (which has only been 6 months-- even more terrible) and am looking to get out of this rathole here. Are all the sales jobs as bad as I'm reading? How long will this role last? Do they really pay you well in sales or no? Is there a clause that steals your bonus if you don't work there? So many questions!!!

 

Someone please start this lawsuit. I have lots of documented info.
