    Does anyone still work for this company? After all of the judgments, lawsuits and allegations, why would anyone that isn't related stay?

    Honey...Rhonda moved on to bigger and better things in 2014 after she finally received exactly what she was owed. She finished her Master's degree, bought a house in Myrtle Beach and is the Information Systems Security Manager at Blue Cross.

    But you??? you're still at Dynasuck defending this asshat!

    Nope...Not Rhonda.....Rhonda could care less what happens at DSI, or to GH or anyone he is related to still working at DSI.

    $10 million is far from chump change when even as recent at 3 months ago wasn't paying his employees.

    Maybe it's time that you should move on and just accept that the sheeple that are still there basically lick GH's butthole clean for him.

    Coordinate with each other to ask for better working conditions. Remember that you can discuss your wages openly at work per the Fair labor act. They need you to work more for less. Jim buying lunch is just a gimmick

    I hope we get Christmas bonuses, money is coming in now and we haven't had a pay increase in Years or will they send an email out saying there is no money for bonuses but money for George to play golf and go out for drinks with Jim

    jeremy sent out an email, incentives for December are doubled, who cares when the money is not being posted correctly and it's already coming in.
    So now the employees are being used, manipulated and lied to

    Why should you all get Christmas bonuses when the employees that were laid off still have not received all of the money they are owed? Why should you all get bonuses when there is still $10 million in restitution to be made to the Federal Government for money that he swindled from SNF?

    If you haven't figured it out by now that GH is only out for himself then you really are as stupid as a rock.

    I'm a former Dynasplint employee that was laid off when the Medicare lawsuit hit the fan. I have mixed feelings re: upper management but for the most part my experience with the company was positive. I am currently with an amazing company that is well respected and I make more money than I ever could have with Dynasplint. I still work with patients everyday and get to see how my product improves their lives, now I just get compensated better for it. With that being said, Dynasplint was a great stepping stone for me and I'm greatful for that.
    My question is has anyone recently received a check in the mail from a law group? It mentioned something about the "WARN" act which I'm unfamiliar with and I never sought out legal action against Dynasplint even though I received letters asking if I would. Thanks for any feedback!

    The check that you received is part of the settlement that GH had to pay for violating the WARN Act. He was required to give notice that the layoff was coming and he failed. He had to pay 1/2 by the end of November (which he didn't) it wasn't until after the New Year that he got the first half paid. Then he has 1 year to pay the other half. If and when he pays it then you will receive another check in the mail.

    So today we get an email threatening our jobs, if we don't get 80% on our audit. First let me mention that we all have new accounts, so this is not feasible and second just be honest. The government began garnishing payment. Rather then saying that, I guess it's better to threaten employees???

    This is out of our hands, I'm not concerned, I can't wait to collect unemployment and enjoy my summer. You Fucking idiots don't intimidate me anymore. I'll just work less and throw out any claims that are coming over the printer. If I go down, we all go down.
