Agree 100%!!! $25 per refill is a total joke!!! With as many patients as there are d/c Nuplazid you would think they would pay more to keep patients on drug.

Exactly how will YOU keep patients on drug??

Actually look at the pjp data after the first new shipment is sent out. Make sure the refills are filled out. Ask office to check with patient to see how things are going...
Oh never mind, drug loses major efficacy after 12 weeks so who cares, right? That's why we aren't getting paid for refills, cause they don't care long term.

So the Year End Performance Evaluations were completed with the wrong sales numbers? And now that we have the correct numbers we are not going to re-do the evaluations? Huh.

But these corrections will probably only impact the people who are on the statistical edge of a ratings category. (100 bucks from an exceed, 50 from a meets). Probably less than half the sales force.

Well that's OK. These evals don't mean much. They don't really change your quarterly bonus potential. Oh wait - yes they do.

This whole situation "does not meet expectations." - Rating = 2

Question: Does the management of this company answer to the same standards of performance management that the reps receive? Will one of the area managers receive a "Needs Improvement"? Does senior sales management receive "PIP'S"? Why not let the reps fill out surveys for the board of directors to evaluate sales leadership. Now that's an idea I could get behind. How do we ever trust what they tell us now? Wonder how morale will be at the Denver meeting? No trust, no transparency, no support, no future. So how is hiring all Lilly lackeys working out for you? Not so good, clean house and get someone that has actually worked in pharma post 2002 to run this company. Hell, here is novel idea, get someone that has actually worked specialty pharma.

Great morale booster with 5 regions being told they no longer get the team trip. Oh yeah by the way, ltc was overstated so good luck with that this year
