i'm not giving specifics about my offer but I did get one.
car allowance is calculated by a 3rd party vendor and provides a car allowance (based on geographic area) as well as mileage reimbursement (based on small suv usage).
stock RSU's
initially bonus will be MBO's but will convert to new bonus plan once a baseline is established.
start date is 2 weeks post approval date.
I don't know how other managers operated but mine kept in close contact with me throughout the process.

 

Looks like they are still doing some interviews this week.

 

P1 is still calling me and saying I'm being considered for the position? I have not been to Panal interview? Anyone else hearing the same thing?

 

Obviously you are t being considered if you haven't been to a panel interview yet

 

Why would PO tell them that if they're not being considered? They've told plenty of others they are no longer being considered.

 

Yes, I know someone that PO is telling him that but hasn't been to Panel. I told him that PO is just "keeping him warm" in case background checks on others don't work out. If you haven't had Panel interview I wouldn't hold my breath.

yes its possible. some areas have been much more difficult to find people who match hiring criteria.

 

Are there any more hub interviews? Does anyone know the plan for filling positions where they have not/don't want to extend an offer to a candidate who has been to the panel interview?

I heard through the rumor mill that offers are coming out within the next 2 weeks! Are you kidding me? Not sure what is taking so long, but I hope they realize many of us have other offers that are on the table from other companies and time is of the essence. I really want this job, but not sure how long I can hold out anymore. Please Neurocrine, just give us the offers or send us on our way.

 

The process has been ridiculous. Seems like a great opportunity, but they are wasting people's time and stringing them along. How many interviews are they going through?

Why is this the only company w a sales force that is starting AFTER the approval date? Shouldn't they have people in place to get out of the gates once approved?

Just received an offer! The top scale they are willing to pay a salesrep is $130K. RSU is 1000 shares. Car allowance is dependent upon the area you live.
