Don't look for any logic in the manager field visit...it is "designed" with one purpose only: To keep
you off balance, to never let you get too comfortable in a job that is not meant as a career, and to
push out those who don't drink the Koolaid...

 

About as beneficial as looking in your rear view mirror and seeing a police car behind you. Even with its lights off and you are doing everything right, it is hard to relax and drive safely.
