Several years ago I would have warned you to think twice. But now the culture is fine. It depends on your region and district. But overall there are more positive vibes than in the past. This division isn't going anywhere. It's a good place to be.
This division may be dissolved by of the year as all of the good people who made this division are gone or will be gone. All of the bad have jumped to other divisions. People left are all looking for other opportunities. Even Sr Leadership will be leaving in a couple of months. Good luck if you can get a job here as they had a recent realignment.
