Can someone tell me what Barry's daughter (Estee) who reports into his organization does....they now made her a "principal"...what does that mean? How does a daughter report into her fathers organization...and get triple promoted.....anyone....anyone?

What about the "class clown" Ozzie, he goes from Enterprise Rent A Car, wins PC first year at Horizon, gets promoted to Training next year (go figure), then gets promoted to a hybrid training/KAM position, then the let go 4 KAM's ? Once again..... Walbert’s family has jobs along with Barry Mose step daughter, Estee and don’t forget he ran HR before the new girl. Walbert’s assistant has her family employed as well. Nothing is done for those outside the “inner” Walbert circle. Board of directors are so out of touch, this company has annual restructuring now blaming it on rapid growth and poor numbers. I’d say poor leadership.
The level of Nepotism at HZNP is rediculous \ - all senior executives hire their kids, cousins, family members. If an employer hires friends or relatives to the point where they fail to consider people of other races, creeds, sexes, or ages, they may be violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by discriminating against these groups in regard to hiring. Let's make the call....
if you are that concerned about relations working at HZNP and getting promoted inappropriately - you can always report it to the Dept of Labor. Oh - wait, you'd rather just vent and not take action!!!!
