No. JW in Rx. Notorious for being the laziest manager in the history of Galderma. How he gets away with it is beyond me. All he cares about is self promotion. Nothing else. Time to go.

Not true - This describes most managers at Galderma, self-serving elitists.

With enough minions in the past that would make them look good or be used as scapegoats.... why wouldn't they take advantage and ride it out unril the party was over?! Ha! If you get rid of enough people though, not many left to blame is there?!

I've never hated anyone so much in my entire life until I came here. And I can't help hating a few of these God-aweful managers. Watching them, robbing and stealing. Wasting Time, stalling work and wasting money and letting go of good people that didn't deserve how they were treated

It's been said in surveys, it's been said on here, it's been said directly to many (HR) but then were fired.... too bad it took this long.

there are some good ones here and they are always are on top. You have to get the right one. That has been my experience throughout my pharma career. Get a good manager and stay as long as they do.

That is very true in a stable environment. far and few true leaders in this place. I'm not sure I could name one.

with big turnover, layoffs, restructuring, reorg, employees leaving, means constant change in command, direction, .... new clueless managers in new positions, new departments, new rules to contend with etc. they will hire poor souls that have no idea what they're walking into... minesweeper

    So true.
Sheep need strong leaders to tell them what to do. Do your work, make money and figure it out. Do you really need to be inspired by your manager? Read a book.

    You're an idiot.

But for argument sake, Ok we've been told what to do. We do as told, proven time over time that we don't have strong leadership. Because we have been going in many directions leading us to fail consistently.

We need to trust we are going in the right direction. Leading sheep over the cliff is not leading

You need to read a book.
