It was a joke.

 

Level 7/Target 20%/ actual 28%/LTI approx 16% of base

 

That is great.

 

I had bigger bonuses when my base was half what it is now and in pharma. Sad sad times at Amgen. Top 10% in nation and less than 3% merit and less than 4% LTI.

Biotech is a joke, work harder for less and oh by the way if you wait long enough your stock will mature but probably be less in value than when given. Ummmm thank you?

 

The more base pay you make the less bonus. The more tenured, the more at risk of getting replaced by someone younger. Overall no one wins

 

Level-6/ Target-15%/Actual-26%/LTI - close to 15% of base pay/merit increase-2%.

 

So I'm guessing you got a lot 150 shares? Peanuts. Never make any money that way.
