Please stop all the field rides!!! Having a manger ride with us every 3 weeks is hurting our business. I am getting banned from offices is this what you want. Gilenya sales are down due to safety issues not because we are not working hard enough. I am out 2-3 night's a week my husband and kids never see me. Call our customers ask them how they feel its madness.

Why do you think Lisa cares? She is a robot. These people are so full of themselves. This company sucks. Same people shuffle from BU to BU.....Lisa, Alisha, etc... They always come out ahead on a personal level and they can brag how every 2 years THEY get another opportunity, however, what about those trying like hell just to get an interview? HOW about injecting some new thoughts from OTHERS?? Never gonna happen..so have your field rides with the "wise" ABL that will not ever raise the issue to the VP, that perhaps customers are laughing at you coming in the door. Industry is way over-rated and so are the egos of these "senior" leaders.

What ever happened to diversity? Where is the diversity??? Musical chairs with same people running the BUs? White females.......Where is the asian female or black man? Where is the Indian or the Hispanic? All Females until just recently....although there was a lesbian in there, however, the deck is stacked with white female senior leaders.......WHY is that???
Well they did try to bring in and groom more black director levels in marketing with more or less success. And the white female BU heads tend to rely on an Asian analytical sidekick quite a bit in several cases.
Ahhhhh..... truly than she has gone to the dark side..... I tell you! Global is so far detached from the reality of market country selling, they can't differentiate fact from fiction. They rely on the assistance of high price consultants that never have sold a thing.. I bet this direction is right out of one of their Swiss theoretical playbooks. Lisa just has all of us on the hook and is reeling us in according to the "How to fish chapter".
I could care less about her color. She is just a horrible person. Devastated Sanofi. 26 years in business, she is by far most incompetent, inauthentic manager I have known. To call her a leader is a Joke. You guys picked up a real champ there. Good luck with that. Who made that great decision? LOL..
