APLP loves the fluff team Laura creates. The fluffier, the better.

You're no longer in the clinical world. You're now in the business world and its all about driving business and profitability. Business plans are essential. If you don't like it go back to the clinical world, it's as simple as that.

Business plan? Business plan? Stop, please stop! I can't, I can't even stop laughing.

Where did you get your MBA, online? Or Tilburg University?

What you are doing with Medical Affairs is like you've baked a really lovely cake, but then you've used dog sh*t for frosting.

Sad way of thinking but I'm gone after bonus payout. Moral of medical is at a alltime low. Things change..sometimes for the worst.

Most of the MSLs couldn't make it in the world they trained for and they ended up working for a company like NNI pushing product. Lost souls. Go back to practice medicine like you were educated and trained to do. Don't sell your soul to corporate America. You're better than that. And if you're not, get to work on your business plan and routing.

The only hard part of a pharmacist's whole job that I could see is typing
everything onto that little tiny label. He has to try and get all the words on
there, keep the little piece of paper in the roller of the
    typewriter.
