MA is a spineless pussy and a yes man - not an executive. All the executives here lack leadership including those overseas. And you know you didn't quit, your lazy ass was fired. I can see why based on your post. Good riddance.

Can someone tell PM to wear clothing his size? His pants are too tights. You can see outlines of his anatomy - gross! And he wears slim fit shirts that well are made for fitter boys, not huskies. You can see the online of his man nips. Keep that for your wife. The rest of us don't need to see so much of you. If you're useless, you may as well look the part doing it. Sales 101 -- put your best foot forward.

PS, you need to embrace the wellness program. The few extra pounds don't look so good on you despite your trendy clothing sense and incredible footwear collection.

On that note can someone needs give the marketing team some fashion sense. Yikes! I'm embarrassed to take them in front of customers.

This place sounds like a train wreck. I was contacted by a recruiter and would like to know if this place is really that bad compared to others? Also, can anyone tell me what the compensation plan looks like? Can you make any money?

Here's the truth. It's not a bad job if you're used to working for a small growing company. The product helps so many patients so it makes all of it worthwhile. Don't have any expectations on long term payout. It will take a while for a buyout or anything like that. Short term comp is descent but not the best I've seen. Most of what's on here about the executive leadership team is true sans the truly viscous and personal comments. I think highly of the sales leaders and the head of us commercial. Come here with your eyes wide open. Don't expect it to be utopia. No company is.

Did you all see the posting for VP sales and marketing? What do you think it means? Manybe someone will finally rein in dragon lady and her side kick from Brooklyn. Do you think they'll promote someone internally? Who's else will report to this person?

Wonder if PS will leave after the VP is hired. Isn't that majority of what PS does. Why would they do that unless they're kicking him to the curb. This is not be good.

First off, MA is anything but a "spineless pussy" as you state. It is clear you do not have a close working relationship with him or knows what he does outside of the office to support the community. He is a better person than you can ever dream to aspire to be. Second, not all of the executives lack leadership skills. There are some great people in the GOC and Haifa. However, unfortunately too many do lack basic leadership skills, most all on the commercial team. Need to clean house there. Lastly, I most definitely left of my own accord and was not fired. Good luck to you. In some respects I feel sorry and have pity for you.

Anyone know why OM and LC left? Were they fired or did they leave on their own? This is starting to feel like an unstable company. Anyone have the insider scoop?

I've heard about this company. The product sounds intriguing. I've heard from friends in the industry that the sales leadership team is inexperienced. They're don't have a good handle on what they're doing or what they need to do to lead the team through massive expectations.

I've known the CCO, PM, from BMS and Pharmacia. I'm surprised that he's made it this far. He's not a leader. His MO is to hide and let others do the work. He's also a yes man and will do whatever it takes to please his boss. He does not play so well in the sandbox especially when he's challenged. If he's running the show, you're all in trouble. PM used to me immature and stubborn. That could have changed with experience.

Good luck to all of you. You'll need it. One more thing to know is that PM is out for himself. There are no loyalties. Do what he says and you'll do very well.

My manager told me that it's likely I will not make 100% bonus this year When the company hired me I was told I'd have autonomy (exact quote, I'd be running my territory like a CEO) and I'd make money if I could grow my territory. Reality is there is zero autonomy. You get told what to do. There is a major disconnect in how the sales leadership team operates vs the vision of the business unit head. I've grown my territory by more than 3x since I joined. There is a rumor that there is a hiring freeze. Things are not looking so good. Any one else hear anything related to this topic?

PS if you're reading this. You have a problem within your sales leadership team. They don't practice what you preach.

Go find yourself another job. I did. The grass is way greener on the other side. Plus you don't have to deal with the wrath of the "leaders". Don't count on that bonus. It's not happening with that crazy goal.

I hope PS gets the job! We do not need another disingenuous arse telling us were doing a great job from the ivory palace? I'm worried about the state of the company. Do you think PS will leave? That would be a huge blow. My manager keeps telling me not to worry but how can we not? Isn't this a big deal???

Why are we making such a big deal about someone who had very little concern or interaction with us? PM has become a hero overnight when in reality he demonstrated little care and empathy for any one of us. We need to move on and get on with it.
