Has anyone heard from their manager about their raise effective April 1? What did you receive? 1% 2% or 3%? Promotion?

Raises should be effective 3/1 and career ladder 4/1

I'm sure the raises or lack there of, will be "ENTERPRISING" With cost of living avg's at 3%, I figure I have continued to lose money working at AZ!

There's a"bucket" for everything. No money tree out back. It's all planned and budgeted. Some will get, most will not. Depends on your "neighborhood" and "sleeve"

If you really want to be shocked look at the 2016 med reps pharmaceutical sales rep survey.compare salary, overall compensation to yours. AZ pays way less. I have almost 20 yrs experience and I was shocked that AZ base is way off , vs others. They pay us just enough to make you feel like your unable to attain anything better elsewhere.
If a company doesn't give minimal raises to offset inflation rates, you're screwed from the get go. Work more, more is expected, for what in the end..2% raise? All the while listening to the garbage excuses. ..enterprise years. They have the money. Just look at your access budget.

Raises will continue to be small. Need to pay off all the layoffs from December and ongoing.
