Nope, not wrong. Unfortunately, it's not dumb nonsense. Considering the number of views on this thread I'm pretty sure the mgr has the full attention of the GI franchise.

Also the fact that many of the posts have been purged...

9200+ Views. Watch closely because when his numbers slide he'll be all over him. In DZ's world you are only as good as your most recent numbers.

He'll be gone in less than 12 months. Any takers on this bet?

Are Flemming and friends planning on unloading our failing GI Rare Disease franchise?

just put us out of our misery already!

No! There are tons of Gattex patients just waiting to be uncovered by our efforts.

Unfortunately 1000's of them have already been prescribed Gattex and then discontinued therapy. Good luck getting those back on therapy. All that's left are mostly train wrecks.

And they keep raising the price. It's like 420,000 a year. For a toxic drug.

Wait until (drug) price reform. Shire GI "Rare Disease" will be history. Just the mention price reform sent our stock price tumbling.

Someone doesn't understand what the word toxic means apparently

Who was the "genius" behind the NPS acquisition? Ask any Gastro and they will tell you that since the introduction of biologics over a decade ago - resections resulting in SBS are almost nonexistent these days because the biologics have saved bowels.

That's why we are chasing a handful of Trainwreck patients because that's all that's left out there.

It won't be long until the GI franchise is all but gone. Lialda going generic and no SBS patients.

There is no future in Shire GI. $ynergy knows the future of Shire GI and they hired the be$t of our be$t and left the rest.

    False Flag Post!

    Wow, ok where to start?
    1. You must be one of the Lialda TM's "promoted" into rare disease. Your ignorance is showing.
    2. Go back and read your STEPS 1 & 2. Memorize the patient demographics and reasons for resection.
    3. Go hunt for patients outside of GI. I know that is really hard and outside your comfort zone, having been sample and co-pay card dropping your entire career, but welcome to rare disease.
