They've actually now got some talent in there that gets how to grow the business. Yes, it'll take some time. If you're with InVentiv, yes, I understand you do have to interview. If you're a performer, you'll be fine, if not, well ... we know how that story goes. Overall, I think they'll use this to 'level up' the team. And again, if you're good, then you're in a good place. The company will def be growing and wants to keep good talent.

Those of you who joined or thinking about joining in anticipation of Tildra - don't hold your breath. There will be a delay. Since the release of the Phase 3 results in May, what have we heard? Nothing but the announcement of Late breaking news? But no filing announcement.

The hiring of the sales force is being pushed back and Word on the street is that the JNJ boys are already looking to bail. Kyle, Fabs and Franny are all telling their buds that this was a mistake.

Not a good time to be looking. Endo, AZ, Mylan, Medivation all letting people go, and JNJ is in a 'soft downsizing/hiring freeze'.

I know enough to say that a " revolving door" environment is for sure what will occur.

First the Jansen team of Peterkins Fabbri Monzon Lynch ( not sure where he came from) all wanted to come in here and push down the door and be the big cool guys that are here based on Sun Pharma knowing they can do anything!! They are the MEN

Yea. Hahahaha. Now they realize they work for the India government. The India system. The India " non negotiation" mindset. The India price hiking. The India " we think this piece of junk product" is good. The India " try and sell other people's failed drugs". The India " let's re package a generic and price it as a brand"

The India " you really don't have a say so"

    Welcome to INDIA

The word at JBI is that Fabrri is considered a business Genius over there, the equivalent of a Steve Jobs. JNI is supposedly offering him millions to come back at national sales director, and a bidding war is going on. Hope we get him!

They should also grab Lynch as well before they put together their team. I don't think Fabbs or Fran leave once their team is hired. As long as Sun allows them the ability to hire talent, the Sun team will be formidable. People will follow those two. However, that drug is a year away, so a lot can happen.

Fabbs was considered a genius while at JBI. Reps actually took notes when this guy took the stage. The man not only recognizes talent, he just might be the most talented sales leader in the country, in ANY industry. Don't be surprised if you see Dave sitting between Mark Cuban and Barbara Corcoran on Shark Tank sometime, with those two people looking to him for his valued advice. We are lucky to have him here because he could be CEO at Apple or another big company instead.

I would NEVER go to a company where I knew they put this guy in charge. They could have the offer in front of me: 200k, 3-day workweek, Bugatti for company car, etc., and as soon as they said, "You'll be working for DF," I'd say, "No way dude! I'll take the job at Burger King instead!"

How come every time I ask when we'll file Tildra I hear "next month"? Been hearing it since December. So the big news is we filed in EMEA but no word on the US filing. We have all these JNJers sitting around pulling in big $$ doing nothing. Bringing this drug to market will be pointless.

Tildra hasn't been filed because we don't control it!! Merck is the owner of the property, we don't gain access or control until approval. Since it's not something they are going to self promote, they don't have the need to hurry the filing. I don't see it being actually sold on the market for another year at least, and by then the market will be over an IL-23. We'll just be another wannabe in a crowded market owned by Humira.

It is not a good place. It is horrible. No trust, no ethics. They do not care about anything but profits. They have no clue about American markets and are cheap cheap cheap with employee benefits and patient support.
