Hello All, Just applied for a position in the Virginia Beach area, and I wanted to see if any might offer some perspective on the territory performance, lay of the land, manager, and anything else you can think of! I am familiar with Exogen and Supartz since i have worked in the industry for some time. Thank you!!!
good opp, you will have an associate rep, relatively high-volume territory. DoS ( DM) seems like a good guy, yet young and new to role. Great team mates!
Couldn't say anything about territory but I would want to know how it stands today. I think you will get a gaurentee to start but you want to make sure the territory isn't in the dumps or recently experienced a major payer loss. I can say the DoS is a good guy and carried the bag not long ago so understands how to grow a business. This is a positive in our particular business.
The company had 24% turn over in its sales force last year. Hasn't been able to provide a correct accounting of , or a tool to correctly self determine your commissions. IR is a disaster costing reps orders instead of speeding approvals. And you want to work here?
80% no but high yes. It's unfortunate..... JA wants inexpensive/inexperienced "reps". How can a company achieve the huge growth rate they want in 2017 with such a lack of talent. JA is tearing this place apart...
actually since the changeover from SN to BV it's over 80%. But who is really counting . I just met at the nsm 4 new reps whose qualifications are barista. Oh, and tight tops.
