Good move, pretty hard to justify made up things that are on tape. I'm assuming those opposed are afraid of what could be.

What is made up are the claims that anyone is recording their managers........all talk and no action. Just watch, not one of these people making the claims will do anything.

Why all employees video their bosses around here......bankers, real estate salespeople, waitresses, etc.

I took action. GSK got a $3 billion dollar fine. You got the CIA, and I got a sweet 8 figure payout. Completely wrecked this sh!t hole company. Like I said go to the Department of Health and Human Services with your tapes. They are the ones who enforce the CIA. They have teeth and the management is scared to death of them.

They should do Elephant questions for pre post check in due to there being one alway in the room. The poster is 100% correct about whistleblowers, there's that magical word that brought GSK to patient first. If you really think that people are all talk, I suggest you look at our illegal actions around the world and the several fines. Recordings would reveal a lot of issues that conflict with our CIA.

The fear is getting to you. You know if one bright employee nails you again, you will be done, and paying the Feds out of your own bank account. My account is fine thank you. The recent market has made me about 6 million more since the election. This on top of what I got form the treasury in 2012. You managers are open game now with the provisions of the CIA. I got several managers fired, or displaced once the settlement was announced, but now your neck is at risk. Address your tapes to the Department of Health and human Services, office of the inspector general. He is waiting to hear from you.

People on this board act like the company isn't playing under government rules per settlement, GSK has a lot to lose if anything close to legitimate is brought against them. Research the CIA yourself, these recordings are a lovely safety net regardless of ranking or what generic is coming.

Remember, if no rules are being broken then everything is on me. But we all know the truth and why bringing this up has touched a nerve.

If everything is being done legal according to the CIA terms things should be fine, however you know what really goes on.

We have a guy on this thread talking about bottom feeding lawyers, yet GSK has lawyers everywhere to put out fires. Not many companies try to get you sign NDA upon leaving the company for a sum of cash. Not many talk about it because they can't!

Most reputable places don't do this, makes you think. Once generic advair shakes things up, I'm sure there will be a class action suit bringing many things to light we only talk about here.

Keep laughing trolls and defenders, there's many people preparing for this. Get ready to shell out another billion or so.
