I recently had a very successful phone screen with the hiring manager for a bone cardiovascular rep role and expect to hear back soon for a face to face interview very soon. Can anyone provide me with what a Sr. Biopharma rep salary range is at Amgen as well as the Incentive Compensation range. Are bonuses paid out quarterly? What are the company car choices, etc. Also, any company interview specific insights would be appreciated.
pretty standard, car allowance or fleet vehicle, base 148-162, quarterly bonus at target 7-10K the first question will be "tell me about a time you had to deal with a closed office or hospital - how did you gain share" last question "if you find that we have limited managed care coverage and/or NDC lockout in your territory - how would you overcome these obstacles"
One interview question is tell me about a time you sold your soul to the devil. How would you use that skill here?
How do you plan to reach/exceed the unattainable, extremely high, you-will-not -make- any-bonus with the goals Amgen has set for your territory?
may improve the ss Sullivan experiment has reached its end, they've had five people in over past two weeks to replace her, more BMS folks of course. Word is it will be compliance that gets here seems fitting now she can focus on things she's really good at, oh wait that's nothing
I will ride this out. Amgen will readjust as it has done since launch. It is too difficult for the dumb shits sitting in TO to get a comp plan that motivates. If readjustment is done for every semester, isn't that a red flag that the IC group sucks?
Nice! I actually got this question. And I was also asked how well I can spin side effects into benefits. Also, how well I can sell off label.
